MODERN ARCHITECTURE AND SOLID CONSTRUCTION

The house, measuring 11.58 × 4.18 m, is set on a solid steel chassis with axles and wheels, allowing for transport and flexible positioning at the chosen location. The structure features a gable roof with eaves, covered with elegant standing seam metal in anthracite color.

The facade is made of impregnated Polish larch, which gives the building a natural, noble character and fits perfectly into modern surroundings – both in nature and in recreational or year-round developments. The whole is complemented by color-matched steel trims, square gutters, and downpipes in anthracite color.

Excellent insulation and comfort all year round

The house is designed with high energy efficiency and thermal comfort in mind.

A multi-layer insulation made of Isover mineral wool (λ=0.037) with a thickness of 15 cm is used, which provides very good insulation for the roof and walls.

Additionally, the following are applied:

  • thermal insulation of the floor,

  • acoustic insulation of internal walls,

  • gravity ventilation with components from the Darco brand,

  • installations: 3-phase 32A electrical and water-sewage systems.

  • Such solutions ensure comfortable living at any time of the year.

 

COHESIVE AND ELEGANT LIGHTING

The house is equipped with modern LED lighting:

  • external LED wall lamps in graphite color,

  • ceiling LED spotlights in white frames,

  • switches and electrical sockets in a minimalist white color.

 

In many places, LED lighting is integrated into the furniture design, highlighting the modern character of the interior and enhancing the functionality of the space.
