The building's structure is topped with a gable roof with eaves, covered with elegant standing seam metal in anthracite color (RAL 7016). The façade is made of Siberian larch with a transparent finish, in an open-joint cladding system, giving the house a natural, luxurious appearance that perfectly blends with the surrounding nature. The whole is complemented by color-matched steel sheet metal finishes and square gutters and downspouts in anthracite color.

The house is designed with high energy efficiency and comfort in mind for all weather conditions. The construction features multi-layer insulation made of Isover mineral wool (λ=0.037) with a thickness of 10 cm, which provides very good thermal insulation parameters.
