The price of a mobile or modular home is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on many factors. The most important ones are:

the size of the home – a larger floor area means greater material consumption and higher construction costs,
the type and quality of materials – the use of modern solutions, such as advanced insulation or triple-pane windows, affects both the price and the standard of the home,
interior furnishings – furniture, appliances, and electronics, fixtures, and turnkey finishing increase the cost of the project,
location – the house’s design is adapted to the climate and environmental conditions of the region,
project complexity – custom designs, non-standard shapes, and additional features increase construction costs.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE?

BASIC – additionally finished interiors (walls and floors), with a choice of materials,

COMFORT – a fully equipped “turnkey” home with furniture, appliances, and electronics – ready to move in.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A MOBILE HOME?

 The construction time depends on the scope of the project, material availability, and the project’s complexity. Most often, construction takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Once the details are finalized, we can provide an exact timeline.

CAN I BUY A READY-MADE HOME RIGHT AWAY?

Yes—we often have ready-made mobile and modular homes available. To check current availability, please contact us directly.

CAN CHANGES BE MADE TO THE DESIGN?

Yes, it is possible to modify the design during construction. However, please note that changes may affect the cost and construction timeline. We discuss each modification individually with the client.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE HOME DELIVERY?

No—the cost of delivery is determined on a case-by-case basis. It depends mainly on the distance and access conditions to the plot. We work with trusted transport companies specializing in the delivery of mobile homes.

IS PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS POSSIBLE?

 Yes—we offer the option to split the payment into two or three installments. The final installment must be paid before the finished house is delivered. Additionally, we also offer financing options in the form of a loan or lease.
